By accessing or using Yodisu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. By creating an account, you consent to the electronic delivery of legal notices and acknowledge that your acceptance of these Terms is recorded electronically.

2. Description of Service

Yodisu provides investigative analysis tools for public social media profiles on X (Twitter). We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by X Corp.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Yodisu for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to stalking, harassment, or doxxing. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Abuse & Legal Compliance

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate accounts without notice if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the Service, or used the Service for harassment, stalking, or unlawful activity. We may disclose account information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of Yodisu, our users, or others.

5. Payments & Credits

Terms regarding your purchases:

• Subscriptions: Billed on a monthly cycle. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Credit Packs: One-time purchases of credits are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or used credits, except as required by law.

6. Sanctions & Export Controls

You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any country subject to U.S. government embargo or sanctions, including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions. You represent and warrant that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yodisu is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. We rely on the public availability of X (Twitter) data. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, particularly if X Corp makes changes to their platform that affect our data access.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YODISU, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. IN NO EVENT SHALL YODISU’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO YODISU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any violation of these terms.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU AND YODISU AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and reports provided through Yodisu are the exclusive property of Yodisu or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal use in accordance with these Terms.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
